There was too much red tape for the hot tub plans so we decided to set it on a slab underneath the deck. It will be better for moving it and replacing it if we need to. Jason can get started on those posts now:)

Sounds like a great solution! At least there's still going to be a hot tub. I was worried when I read the title. :)

It will be nice on the hot summer days or nights when a little shade is needed. When are you getting a trampoline?
