While I do not possess a full blown case of "the knack", I do understand it and appreciate some of the symptons. While I never really dismantled anything, I did enjoy taking apart dad's computer and trying to fix some internal componants of a tv. I also destroyed one playstation while attempting to solder a chip to the circuit board.
